All of our machines are fitted with ISCAR tools and they are ready to meet most exacting requirements of yours for accuracy and quality at a good price. To be able to provide for really precise production, the company is equipped among others with a 3D measuring instrument and a wide range of supplementary measuring gauges.

KASTR RSVS vices for vertical lathes

We produce and supply to the market KASTR RSVS universal vices for vertical lathes. These vices enable rapid and easy exchange of soft and hard jaws, which are also parts of our production program. Hard jaws are universal and they ensure reliable and strong clamping even at high clamping forces. The advantage of soft jaws is the possibility of milling the required form in the jaw body, which provides for accurate clamping on the surfaces already machined and smaller ovality when manufacturing thin rings.

Do you need to solve clamping of your parts?

We will make a design of solution by means of our products. We are able to offer the clamping solutions for both small and very large parts. You can look at our projects with palletization for rail vehicle bogie frame, which was designed by us including the clamping, levelling, and measuring systems for machining at a VHN 13 horizontal machine tool.
